This September, I've signed up to take a canoe trip down the Green River with other young adult cancer survivors. During the trip, we'll paddle a 55-mile stretch of flat water that will follow the rolling desert hills of eastern Utah through the Stillwater and into the majestic depths of Labyrinth Canyon. The program is offered through True North Treks and fully covers the cost of flights, lodging, food, ground transport, programming expenses, tents, sleeping bags/pads, & other group gear. They are asking us to "pay it forward" so the organization can carry on its work.
