You've all seen me grow and change throughout my life, but in even more dramatic ways since my cancer diagnosis. I've always had my New Yorker "Take no shit" attitude, but now I'm practicing embracing the "Why wait?" attitude as well. 

Now that I've finished all my cancer meds, after 4 years of feeling crummy, I'm starting to feel more like myself again. It's a new version of me, but I'M BACK!

I had the opportunity to go on a canoe trip in Utah in September 2025 and it was amazing.
A few highlights: Yoga on sandbars watching the clouds floating by the red rock cliffs. 
Hike at Bowknot bend where you could see the river on both sides from a notch in the cliff. 
Sharing common trheads with other young adult survivors to heal and remember that we are not alone. 

This trip runs on a pay-it-forward model. My trip was paid for by the fundraising of a participant from last year. Now, I will fundraise to pay it forward to a participant for next year. We also fundraise this way to get the word out! If you know any cancer survivors under 40, these trips can be truly healing and life changing.
